Refund policy

We offer a 14 days returns policy for all internet purchases. Refunds will be processed and paid within 7 days, but only after inspection of the returned item.

Only items in the best possible condition are offered for sale on our website. We endeavour to provide all customers with a detailed description and high quality photographs of the antique and/or collectable concerned. Hence we are confident that you will enjoy your new purchase.

If for any reason you would like to return a purchase, we ask that the item is back with us within 14 days of the date of receipt. We can only accept returns that arrive here in in the same first class condition as dispatched by our warehouse. We will refund the full cost of the item only, so excluding the original carriage charge. Unfortunately we are not able to contribute to any return shipping costs. If a returned product is not in fully resalable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

We use the best packing materials available to us (many of them are or can be recycled) to minimise the risk of transportation damage. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged item we ask our customers to contact us as soon as possible, no later than 48 hours. We will do everything we can to find an agreeable solution to solve the issue.

International Returns & Refunds

For all our international customers we allow up to 30 days after the date of receipt for any returns. In case of transportation damage we ask you to contact us immediately.

When returning an item from the EU or another international destination, please complete the Customs Declaration with the words: Return Item To Seller. Please mark the item as 'Zero' value. Refunds will be processed after the inspection of your item and within 7 days of receiving your return. If a returned product is not in fully resalable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
