Steiff British Collector's 1912 Replica Titanic Teddy Bear 48cm/19" 1991 COLLECTABLE

In 1991 Steiff released a replica version of their famous 1912 Titanic bears. Made in a Limited Edition of just 3000 pieces it was destined for the British Teddy bear collectors market. Manufactured faithfully to the original in every detail. This exceptional teddy bear has a coat of the finest black mohair plush, is stuffed with 'excelsior' wood shavings, and has nose and claws embroidered with loving care by hand. Fully jointed and surface washable. He is a large bear and is 48cm, or 19 inches, in height!
This pre-loved bear, is in beautiful condition. The teddy was removed from its box and has likely been on show at some point during its life. The bear has been very well cared for, is completely clean with no wear or damage. The fragile paper label is still attached to the chest, undamaged.
The original box is in very good condition with only a few age related marks. The Steiff Titanic bear can still be shown off in his presentation box with the clear plastic cover (some corners are split) in place. The all important Limited Edition certicate is included, this teddy bear carries production number 2275. Who will look after this lovely chap next?
